This year, the conference will be held in Lisbon’s Pestana Palace Hotel on the 28^th and 29^th of May 2022. IAHSP® EU has lined up 7 top industry professionals to share their valuable insights over the course of the weekend. Attendees will have access to inspiring talks on success, time management, design principles and even warehouse logistics, just to name a few! This year’s speakers will be as follows:

The 2019 BEST OF HOME STAGING Nominees have received notification of their recognition as the best in the Home Staging Industry in three possible categories: Staging Excellence, Client Care Excellence and Industry Leadership.

What does this recognition mean and who receives it?

IAHSP (www.iahsp.com) is the world’s LARGEST and LONGEST RUNNING Home Staging Industry Association with thousands of members in over 20 different countries! Since 1999, IAHSP has set standards for Education, Excellence and Ethics for the Home Staging industry around the world. IAHSP issued the very first industry recognition awards in 2003. Since then, it has been our pleasure to continue the tradition of acknowledging talented and dedicated industry members. Their talent is reflected in the tasteful way they arrange a room so it best fitst with the goal of selling a house. Whether using their own furniture and decor, a third-party resource, or the homeowner’s furnishings, the end result is a marketable product that attracts the target buyer to help the property sell in the quickest time and at the best price.

Customer Service: This recognition is for a professional Home Stager who demonstrates great care in working with their clients. The testimonials they receive reflect their understanding of Home Staging as a PEOPLE business. We work and interact with people and impact their lives with our talent and time. Even though our goal is to create a visually pleasing property that appeals to buyers, ultimately what we do is SERVE others with our time, talent, and care.

Industry Leadership: This recognition is for those industry members who go above their personal businesses and find a way to serve others and lead the industry to new heights of professionalism. These are industry members who serve in leadership within one of the industry associations, whether at the local, national or international level. They can be Home Staging educators, business coaches, business mentors, marketing professionals. It could also be an individual who is setting the example and pace for others who come after them in their city, state or country. AssoStaging Launches in Italy!

AssoStaging is now the only Italian Association of the sector affiliated to the International Association of Home Staging Professionals®, both at IAHSP® Europe and IAHSP® International levels. This is an important recognition for AssoStaging that bases its work on collaboration, ethics and professional ethics, permanent training, synergies between operators, with the shared goal of a real recognition of the profession and an appropriate placement both on the market and at the institutional level. Joining IAHSP® is certainly a benefit for growth and enlargement of horizons.

It is the first and today, the only, Italian National Home Staging Association that adheres to a Confederal system such as Unione Confcommercio Imprese per l’Italia” through Unione Confcommercio Milano Milano Lodi Monza & Brianza.

IAHSP Recognizes DGHR Home Staging Course – Germany Home Staging Association

The International Association of Home Staging Professionals® (IAHSP®) has approved the DGHR Home Staging Course.

We are pleased to include GERMANY in the growing list of countries who have submitted courses for review and approval by IAHSP®. Graduates of this course will be aligned with IAHSP® – the largest and oldest international Home Staging Association serving the Home Staging Industry.

The DGHR Home Staging Seminars are being taught over a period of 6 days in 3 parts and close with a written exam. The DGHR seminars are certified and approved by the German chamber of commerce (IHK Wiesbaden)
